Used as fillers and dilutents. So the pearl powder is not 100% ratio. What is the ratio of fillers?** A: Dragon Herbs does not use calcium carbonate. We used rice powder and calcium stearate. The active amount of pearl powder inside is 500mg, then we add rice powder if needed to fill the capsule, because pearl powder usually has a higher density. The calcium stearate was used to smooth the encapsulation, and it’s less than 2%. To answer your question better, yes the pearl powder is 100% ratio in terms of 500mg and the rice powder (filler) and calcium stearate (<2% of the entire capsule) are added to the capsule. The entire capsule is over 500mg. Please let us know if we can clarify anything else. **Q: Is it good for dry skin** A: Here's what I know: pear powder is made of calcium, protein and vitamins and a very high source of amino acid, and helps with easing skin inflammation and promotes healing, enhances elasticity and luminosity.
