I have some joint problems and my physiotherapist told me to perform some exercise with the band, these ones work great. Another important things is that having three width enables me to set the resistance to the right level in an easy way. Very recommended, great value! Review: VERY RESISTANT!! Resistance Bands - These are the highest quality bands I have used. The colors are great too! The only thing I would say is that they are so well built and thick that the resistance of the band is so strong that it limits the type of exercises you can do with them (especially the widest one). This is why I gave this a 4 and not a 5, but the bands are great quality--just wish there was more of a variety in the resistance. There is no way I could keep it under my foot and do a shoulder exercise for example.
