Love mixing it with almond milk or adding some heavy cream. I love that it is low carb and low sugar that is important to me!!! Also i love the blend of other Aminos also it blends up really nice!! Great as an iced coffee. I have two small gripes to improve it, 1. Needs more caffeine like at least 100mg's or more, I sometime mix it with more coffee or their coffee. 2. The zipper part of the bag ripped so I had double it in another zip lock bag. I will buy the product again. It is a great way to start your day off with some extra energy and good quality protein in the morning.
