It's resulted in some of the more memorable dishes I've made the family. The flavor is immense. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Robust flavor but be aware of sodium levels *by P***X on March 17, 2024* We all love various Asian cuisines and this spice mix has a robust sweet and umami flavor profile. That being said, if you are watching your sodium intake be aware that one tsp contains 240mg of sodium. We just use this spice as the only sodium added ingredient when we cook to manage overall levels. FYI, it's DELICIOUS on just about everything but especially veggie dishes! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Goes a long way, complex flavors that you can't just make up yourself *by P***L on December 29, 2022* Do I love it? Still a work-in-progress. Loved it on shrimp stir-fry and the mushroom powder did a great job of creating depth that I otherwise wouldn't have developed myself. Then tried in on pork but found I need to use a lot more on meat dishes, I guess. Again, good flavor, not spicy hot so you can add kicked-up sauce on the side and please everyone - or try FBJ's Crispy Chili ....it's next on my list. The price is fair considering the complexity and the amount you really need to use.
