I had been looking for something sturdy and compact that would fit alongside my bathroom sink. This product met my requirements and more. I have found it to be intelligently designed, stylish, quite solid, and reasonably priced, especially with regards to what is easily found in brick and mortar stores and online.The stand comes in a flat pack, so you have to fasten the base to the towel holder yourself with your own phillips screwdriver (not included). This being said, the parts are the stand (preassembled), the base, one screw, a locking washer, and felt pads as well as suction cups to help keep it in place. In addition, the company includes clear instructions/tips that make it even easier to put together.Finally, I'm pleased with the clean, minimalist design and practical functionality. This product doesn't look as cheesy as most free standing towel racks on the market.
