Excellent knife! This is a must have tool for outdoor chefs. Or the camp cook. It offers good stainless steel ,that can cut and slice very well. Being a folder it can be carried compact and the handle protects the blades edge when closed. The back lock is strong,making it safe for tougher jobs. The price is very affordable. I am getting the bread knife next.

Loved this one so much I made my husband buy me another one, then buy my mother in law one too, and his co worker! I now have 2, hubby has 1, and still can't get enough of it! I use 1 of mine in the kitchen, which omg works so great for chopping anything. Love this one and how it handles!
