UPDATE.. Very responsive customer service! *by A***B on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 7, 2018* Update, I was contacted by their customer support agent today (26/2/18). They were quite apologetic, and have shipped out a replacement unit to me. I hope I have better luck with the new one, as it is a handy little tool. Very responsive customer service, so I give them that. Will review the new unit when I receive it. Upgrading them to 4 stars from 2 based on the customer service.I used this probe for general automotive troubleshooting (and it was very useful while it worked) but after two days it is now giving a continuous beep tone when in voltage mode, along with the constant illumination of the green (ground) led. Observe in the accompanying photos the green led illuminated even though the probe tip is not touching a thing and neither am I pressing the switch.This failed when I needed it most. I like this device, just need the manufacturer to send me one that works! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really like it.... but *by A***2 on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 1, 2018* So far I have not used this probe that much I have used it only twice and one time when I connected it the screen was blank I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it was fine I just hope I don't have any problems down the road I really like it, but it's not like I'm diagnosing electrical problems every day. So that's the reason for the 4 stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for now, read review and see video *by G***H on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 10, 2017* The media could not be loaded.  Worked fine for a couple of times, than locked in start up test mode, just loops. As of 12-23 I was contacted by Cassie who wants to send me a new tool. I adjusted my rating to 5 stars, and will do so to 5 stars as the manufacturer wants to correct the problem, and has been very god to deal with. This tool is indispensable for electrical troubleshooting. Mine is just stuck in the start up test mode in DC volt mode. I used this tool to apply power and grounds and to see which connection was power and ground. I used it on a boom lift where the low high idle was not working. Applied power to the motor right away, and it was good. Went to check the fuse, was good. Went to the relay, and no power to power the relay up. Applied power through the relay and tested the ground, which was good. Just waiting on schematic to chase down the hot wire.This diagnosis took me less than 10 minutes. Saves tons of time. I do recommend you know how to use this tool before you just go putting power to everything in a vehicle. If you are using it to test volts on computer vehicles, make sure to hook the ground to the tip to make sure you don't accidentally apply 12 volts to computer or it components, and ruin your computer or other components that run on 5 volt signals.
