It started with a few random blinks (a few seconds apart) which was tolerable at the time and over the weeks has gotten so bad that I can barely move through the menu. It even blinks during the shows. I've tried changing the display settings but nothing works. Every once in a while it will work fine for an hour or so, but not that often. My second unit hasn't started doing this yet, but it only gets used once a week at most.**update: after my initial review the seller contacted me with some advice from their technician. They suggested trying to disconnect and then reconnect all the cable and if that didn't work, to try a different hdmi cable, unfortunately, this didn't work. Their second suggestion was to factory reset the unit. I did this with their instructions and reinstalled the software as well. This seems to have worked. So far (it's been about 2 hours) the untnhasnt blinked or anything. I've tried turning it off and on repeatedly and have even left it on for a solid hour and it's still working great.I've updated my star rating from 1 to 5. I went from a firestick to this box and honestly, I thought it was going to be rather difficult but found it to be very easy to use. Now if you are considering buying one make sure to get the keyboard....I am glad I bought it all together as the hand held remote is somewhat difficult using on the playstore where as the keyboard makes it easy!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ updated *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2018* So, I have confirmed that the power cord is defective on this unit, and I'm being shipped a replacement one that will be arriving in about two weeks. the seller was very quick in helping me resolve the issue, therefor I am updating my rating.I know that this box works very good as I own another one and I have no issues with it I would recommend it to friends.This was the first h96 pro+ android box that I had ordered for a friend, and about two weeks into using it she had all kinds of trouble with it and gave it back, when I tried using it I also had troubles with the box, I would like to mention that I have two other boxes, Another h96 pro+ and an MXR pro box and have not had any troubles with either box, but the first h96 pro+ box when I connect it to any display I don't get a picture anymore I have used different HDMI cables, also when I did have a picture I was having trouble with the Ethernet connection I would read that it was connected but wouldn't work unless I was connected to WIFI.
