I had tried both prescription & non prescription inserts with little or no luck. When I read the infomercial on these I was truly skeptical. But desperate to alleviate the pain I ordered a pair. The 1st week they were somewhat uncomfortable. But the 2nd a week a miracle happened and the pain totally disappeared. I now have six pair, so I have don't have to switch between what ever shoe or boot I wear. I've recommended them to friends and family and have yet to find anyone dissatisfied with the comfort and results. Sometimes you find a product that is truly worth more than they charge.
