Specs: 5-3/4" Diameter; 5/8" Bore; 1-1/16" Belt Groove; USA Made Review: Works Well on Bush Hog FTH-600 (NOTE: does need spacer washers) - This belt tension idler pulley has worked very well to replace the original idler pulley on my *very* old Bush Hog FTH-600 finish mower. It arrived quickly as well. As others have noted the length of the bearing from top to bottom is shorter than on the OEM Bush Hog pulley (Bush Hog Part #88663). If installed without a 5/8" washer on both sides, the pulley would not be held in place properly and would be able to slide up and down on the spindle around a quarter of an inch. I think this should be mentioned on the listing, however, it was very cheap and easy to remedy. I'm still giving it a 5 star review because otherwise because it works exactly as it should at a very good price. I highly recommend replacing the bushing for the idler arm (BH part # 88691) when you replace the idler puller, as it is likely worn out and often gets damaged when the old idler pulley failed. The bore was 1/2", not 5/8". It would not fit the uprising 5/8" bolt. What gives?** A: That would there may have been a reducer bushing installed in the bearing for another application by mistake, simply tap the bushing out to enlarge the bore to the 5/8" dimension. Very easy to do by simply taping it out with a hammer and a screw driver. We stock this same pulley in three different bores, 1/2" (reducer) 5/8" (without reducer) and 17mm which uses a different bearing all together.
