Stays where you put it nicely on waist with minimal roll down. The only issue my partner had was with the strap adjusters. Instead of being snap clips as shown, they are square rings that slide and hold by friction. Gravity beats friction easily after a few hours! Have to pull the nylons up and re-size the straps regularly, or just wear it knowing they are going to be maximum length all the time. Worked well with stay-ups with the sticky top cuff to help hold the stockings in place. Kept the stay-ups from rolling down, and the sticky kept the straps from stretching too much.
