No funny purple or pink here, guys can order with confidence that it will look masculine and the grey is a nice dark silvery grey. The ball is heavy gauge and definitely anti-burst and sturdy.The little pump is not much but it works. You should inflate the ball and let it sit overnight at about 80% to stretch, then inflate it the rest of the way. Dub Fitness includes a chart of diameters of fully inflated balls: the 65cm ball should inflate to 204cm around or 80 inches.The ring inflates quickly, but it's a bit difficult to stopper once it has been inflated: you have to be quick to push in the plug. A small lever is included to remove the plugs from ball or ring so you can deflate them later.The bands simply clip around the ring. They are one resistance only, nothing else available from the company as yet. The bands slide around the ring with difficulty but they do slide, so you can arrange them for various exercises.The chart that comes with is very small and not very good. This wasn't the first option I saw with the "stability ring" and resistant bands attatchments and I was hesitant on which to buy. After looking through item details,price points and photos, I decided on the Dub Fitness brand.I was happy to see this had a Prime option, so obviously shipping was very fast. When I first held the box in my hands, my confidence in my item choice was reinforced. The design is visually striking yet uncluttered and let's you know exactly what you're getting inside. Included was an instruction sheet and a 9x11 poster that has several moves for you to incorporate into your routine. Again, very nicely designed and helpful. Also included in the box was extra plugs, a plug puller, and foot pump with two tips.The ball didn't take long to pump up and was quite easy with the included foot pump. The ring wasn't an issue either. Both items feel to be made out of very high quality material. The box says it's eco friendly pvc with a 1000lb weight limit so that's neat. I like the logo on the ball, as I imagine other people will as well and I'm excited to take it to my yoga classes with me. The handles on the resistance bands are comfortable. The only complaint I have, it's a little difficult at first to remove the clips from the strap that connects to the stability ring.When I first sat on the ball, it was quite comfortable. I was instantly motivated to concur this new fitness challenge. I was eager to try the "stability ring/resistance bands" set up with the ball, but I was too consumed by the amount of fun I found myself having by bouncing on the ball like a 5 year old child lol. Back to business, I was greatly impressed by the amount of balance and stability that the ring provided. I imagine it would be great for beginners, elderly, or even for more advanced athletes trying to accomplish a more difficult workout position. The resistance bands are a decent strength and I can see why the company decided to include this one with the starter pack. Eventually, I would like to purchase stronger bands but I'm afraid I can't find an option on Amazon or the company's website??? Never the less, I am very satisfied with the usefulness of this product and I can't wait to push my limits. Will be looking for more products from Dub Fitness!
