I ordered it because it looked so amazing, and was thinking I could use it to make an adjustable 120 volt power supply, by hooking the Gate pin to a rheostat, using a basic Triac "Dimmer Circuit" which you can find on Google. That way you can make an adjustable voltage power supply without a transformer, and you can power any kind of load with it, without any heat or wasted energy, since the Triac is very efficient. Anyway this is a very high quality electronic item. The TG35F60 600 volt Triac is what I received, and it looks very expensive, and very high quality. It doesn't look like a low quality Chinese generic product. It has a very high quality fit and finish, and would work well for a project where the part is exposed for people to see.
