### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid Installation of the FK99 Water Purifer

Install Dislikes: 1. No phone # to call for tech support, just an email address. 2. (2) plastic cartridge removal wrenches supplied, prior to mounting the bracket, I thought I'd try removing the inner cartridge. Had a heck of a time removing the cartridge from the exterior white shell but ultimately I was able to remove it using the plastic wrenches, which started to strip. (Note on the plastic wrench indicates free replacement wrenches are available. 3. Water plastic Outlet identification tag popped off when product was removed from the box. Not a big deal as I re-glued the plastic tag back onto the holding bracket. Install PROS: 1. Easy to read instructions. 2. They even shipped Teflon tape to wrap around the brass fittings. 3. Garbage disposal had to be removed in order to have a clear view of mounting the the cartridge holding bracket. 4. 3/8" Brass threaded Inlet/Outlet connections. 5. Flexible Inlet braided hose supplied with 3/8" connection that fit perfectly onto my cold water shut-off valve. 6. No leaks detected upon final check. 7. After running the Cold water for about 2 minures, the Cold water side that is protected by this filter appears to show really clean water with no particles floating in the glass. Sumnary: After spending many online hours researching water purifiers that mount under a sink, this is a very solid product that easily installs and as the owner of a successful Handyman business, I will be sure to promote the Fizzlife FK99 product to many of my current and future clients.
