After losing one to starvation I knew that drastic measures needed to taken to insure the survival of the other 11 siblings. After fabricating a small shoe string for a collar to hold the shock aparatos it only took me one beep and just a single shock to rectify the demon out of “Pazuzu” today he is just the purrfect angel **Q: Does anyone have tips for washing the collar? It gets dirty so easily** A: I can not help you on that because the collar is junk and I threw it out **Q: How do I fix the vibration setting? It stopped working after a few weeks and not sure why?** A: I would contact amazon. I had to do that too. They sent me a new receiver and I haven’t had anymore problems **Q: Can you get a charging cord...left mine in a hotel?** A: Hi, we have the charging cable replacement of the Bousnic dog training collar for sale on Amazon.
