My mouth is above extreme with dry mouth and burning. This product was recommended to me by my Brain surgeon and endoscopic surgeon. I recently saw where Amazon was out of this product. I recommend this product to anyone who has nerve damage or severe dry mouth from medication. Rinses are only temporary and lozenges can cause choking when taken at night.
