Neoprene at the top with nylon construction at the bottom. Looking at the material this should last quite a long time for ones that the pouch has an exact fit.Unfortunately the pouch is just a little too tall for Rtic's 64oz water jug, maybe by a half an inch. This half an inch means that the neoprene material actually covers the opening, making screwing the lid back on a huge hassle. The neoprene opening and the rest of the pouch is pretty tight on the jug, so moving them up or down is very difficult to do. If you move the pouch downward so the opening fits correctly, then too much material are bunched up at the bottom making the jug extremely unstable.This tight fit also means that bunching the material in the middle is not an option. The tight fit would be excellent if the material is cut correctly vertically.
