When wearing, it stays at the angle you point it, yet easy to change angle. I personally don't like the charging port exposed to the elements, but the rubber plug hasn't allowed any water or dirt behind it, yet. I keep one on the drivers headrest, super handy and out of the way. At the gas station I used it and for convenients I stuck the magnetic end on the Jeep while finishing to refuel and get a drink. At the end of the on ramp for the interstate (traveling 70 mph) I hear a strange clunk and quickly realize it's the light, I observe it bouncing down the highway in my side mirror. Afraid someone would run over it, I hike back to retrieve it. It's scratched and nicked pretty bad.
