The Xbox series X recognised the adapter straight away. My Bluetooth earbuds connected easily with good sound quality and the built in microphone does the job.Just be aware that it's only a Bluetooth transmitter. Bluetooth headphones with a mic built in will only be for audio output. The voice comes from the microphone built into the adapter. I hastily read the listing and didn't really appreciate this difference until I had the product in my hands.
