Review: Excellent Customer Service Turned Everything Around! - I initially left a negative review after receiving this knife set because I was really disappointed with the quality. For the price, I expected something far more durable and sharp. A few of the knives started showing signs of rust within weeks, and the handles didn’t feel as solid as advertised. To my surprise, after posting my review, the seller reached out to me directly. They were incredibly professional, apologetic, and genuinely cared about making things right. Without me even asking, they offered to send me a brand-new knife set—completely free of charge. The replacement set arrived quickly, and I can honestly say the quality is much better this time. The knives are sharp, well-balanced, and look stunning on my counter. I’m not sure if the first one was just a faulty batch, but this experience completely changed my view of the company. Mistakes happen—but it’s how a company handles them that really matters. Their outstanding customer service turned my disappointment into total satisfaction. I’m now a loyal customer and would absolutely buy from them again. Thank you for standing behind your product and showing what true customer care looks like! This is a genuinely good set, it has good quality blades and the handles seem pretty durable so far. Don't set hot pans on your knife roll/handles though. Also don't drop your knifes or crush them between appliances. Pretty sure that's how others broke their handles. But so far I've had no issues. Pretty sharp too so far. ## Frequently Bought Together - FULLHI 14pcs Japanese Knife Set - Premium German Stainless Steel Kitchen Knives - HOSHANHO Magnetic Knife Strips, Magnetic Knife Holder for Wall 16 Inch, Acacia Wood Knife Magnetic Strip Use as Knife Bar, Knife Holder for Kitchen Utensil Organizer - HOSHANHO Magnetic Knife Block, Thickened Acacia Wood Kitchen Knife Holder Stand with Strong Magnets, Multifunctional Double Side Knife Storage Organizer for Kitchen Counter --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/427348282-knife-set-14pcs-japanese-knives-set-premium-german-stainless-steel](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/427348282-knife-set-14pcs-japanese-knives-set-premium-german-stainless-steel) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
