Cheapo electrical wiring accessories (switches, sockets etc) although generally safe in use are the devil to work with, solid conductor wiring struggles to get into and stay in the flimsy little screw terminals, this Schneider switch has larger terminals to locate and hold the cables securely when tightening up the face plate to the back box and wall and as it’s well designed and made so it doesn’t flex when tightened.
