He is 4'11 and fits perfectly into this truck. This will likely fit him for at least two more years. This is excellent product. I was initially discouraged by some negative comments. The look of it was adorable, but when I finally got it, it was not so hot. The structure of it was weak; the decals were all messed up (I realize that that is cosmetic); and the directions were vague and incomplete. But worst of all, there were serious electric issues.
