It has a very long shelf life as well so after opening it can be used for many months onwards. The best news for myself is that at my age (mind your own business lol) I have seen an improvement in my vision in my left eye,it was a big improvement of 1 diopter, it improved from a minus 7 to minus 6. My eye test was taken after a 2 year cycle and I have used this product for 1 year which I think definitely helps with my eye health.
