I got this because I wanted an affordable option as someone who is just starting to use KT for a long term injury i've had for years now. I think this is a great beginner option since you'll go through some tape messing up, so far it's been really stretchy and I like how long it is so you can cut it shorter if needed. though it can be a bit itchy at first application I dampen it or oil it when I need it to loosen up a bit to soothe the skin underneath. It lasts for a few days and is pretty comfortable! If you put it on incorrectly it can cause discomfort depending on the body part/numbness but after I started to use the tape correctly I've been having a bit more mobility and less knee pain!
