I can’t get it out!** A: I use mine for saddle leather and leather belts. I've never had that happen. Sometimes on thick leather, Ive had to wiggle the belt back and forth to free up the punch. I didn't realize that the base could also be punctured. Seems like it would take a lot more force than I have. **Q: can this be used for pressing grommets?** A: No. It is a hole cutting tool fo leather. When you try to squeeze anything harder then leather the tool starts to bend. **Q: Why can't I turn the wheel? I returned one already,thought it was defective. The second one has the same issue.** A: I thought the same in the beginning but is very easy to turn the wheel.
