No, it doesn’t remind you of eating fast food. So if your diet consists mostly of fast food and you intend to correct the consequences of your choices by signing up for gym classes beyond your capabilities and drinking protein shots, I would recommend you try something more reasonable first.I was recently hospitalized and protein supplementation was recommended. Several options including protein shots were provided. The taste was awful for all the options but the shots were easier because I didn’t have to tolerate it for very long. I bought this product after I was released and the taste was a hundred times better. So before you complain about the taste, just realize that someone did a good job of making the taste palatable; it’s just the way it is. Refrigerating the product helps.I would recommend eating a balanced diet with plent of protein before turning to supplements but these shots are a great way to boost your protein needs if diet isn’t enough. ### ⭐⭐ May work for some people - you may not be one of them - Be careful... could be a waste of money... *by I***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 14, 2018* This is some kind of weird stuff. Too much of a heavy dose of protein in its delivered form . 40 grams in whey powder form is tolerable but not this stuff. .Cannot recommend unless you like something like steroids. The taste is also out to lunch as many other reviewers have mentioned. Update - since initial reaction - I had to throw them out (no chance of return/refund).
