Don’t buy, wasted money and time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ the adapter hangs down a good 3 - 3 *by C***N on March 11, 2017* These are simple and effective: they work perfectly to make these non-vesa monitors vesa mountable. The entire item is a solid, matte black metal, welded at the edges. It shouldn't have any issue with strength. It also snaps into the stand mount cleanly. You shouldn't have any trouble getting it installed. The only possible negative is that, unlike some other (not-yet-released) vesa adapters for this monitor, the adapter hangs down a good 3 - 3.5" from the bottom of the monitor. If you were hoping to place the monitor flush against the desk or don't like the look of the hardware hanging down, you might have issue with these.
