I use this a lot now I’ve got over the difficulty of the little blade sometimes becoming loose. It does just need a squeeze with the pliers, and actually it hasn’t come loose for a very long time now. Although I’ve got a full size processor and a big blender, I find I use this most often because it is so quick and handy and leaves so little washing up! If I’m making a smooth soup I just blend it in the pan then rinse the bamix under the tap and it’s done. I blitz up breadcrumbs and nuts in seconds (with the Slice Easy) and often just blitz carrots instead of grating them. The grating function works fine but it’s even quicker to just blitz carrots instead. Whisking up cream etc is so quick and easy, even with plant creams. This is the one kitchen gadget I use the most and I highly recommend it, especially if you are short on space in the kitchen as it takes up so little space and does so many jobs.
