My former label had a large, very hard to swallow, pill... and I always hated taking that one in my daily routine. I got this one and to my delight, the pills have a smooth texture, almost like silk. VERY easy to swallow and digests VERY comfortably. Have a sensitive system and must be diligent/mindful of my supplements and their ingredients (avoid fillers & by-products). My husband is an athlete and this has made a huge difference in his body's performance as well. Prior to taking this he would cramp easily on hot days and chug pickle juice from his court-side cooler. He hasn't had any cramping/heat exhaustion since adding this daily. It really does make a difference in the body's proper function. We both FEEL & PERFORM better... and I don't have to choke down an awkward pill to feel amazing.
