Review: Awesome demitasse cups for bottomless portafilter espresso - I recently purchased a new espresso machine, one that's ridiculously expensive and handmade in Italy, but worth every penny. One of the interesting discoveries from dialing in the new machine is that rather than using a spouted portafilter as I did in the past, a bottomless portafilter brews a bit better. That change necessitated using a larger demitasse cup to brew into. This one is perfectly sized for a 30-second pull, whereas my existing 2.5 ounce cups are properly sized for the spouted (slit-shot) brew of the same duration. So, if you want a double-shot pulled through a bottomless portafilter, this demitasse cup is a fantastic option. The build quality is great, they look good (and match my smaller ones perfectly), work well, and don't taint the flavor of the expresso. They also keep the coffee warm if you're going to drink it as an espresso shot or until you steam milk to turn it into a latte or cappuccino. I'm very glad I bought them.
Review: Awesome Brew - Perfect size and super nice finished, easy to clean.

## Features

- Made of 304 stainless steel, sturdy and smooth, unbreakable and safe for long-term use. Suitable for whiskey and also great for coffee, tea, Vodka, Tequilla, Rum, Moonshine, Moscow Mules and other mixed drinks.

- Stainless design with no sharp angles, safe in use, exquisite mirror finished surface without any rough spots. Perfect size for small hands.
- They can be stacked one by one, which is convenient for your daily storage. Not only easy to use at home, but also great for outdoor! Take it hiking, fishing, camping, boating, and other outdoor activities.
- Great daily companion at your home, café, restaurant and office. Easy to clean by hands and dishwasher safe, saving you much time and effort.

*by A***Y on January 5, 2026*

These cup fit perfectly in my espresso machine and while I was worried about the outside of the cup heating up to much but I haven't found that to be an issue. Super easy to clean and seem to be a quality product.
