The box was dense and as small as it possibly could’ve been. Internally, the parts were well secured in shrink wrap. Assembly was easy, and the directions are minimal but efficient. Everything screwed into place or snapped into place. Versatility of the hooks and attachments locations is pleasant. There aren’t many options, but there are plenty enough that I can figure out what best works for me. Usage is great. It’s maybe one inch narrower than my sink is, so I have to adjust the feet to level it. My problem has a built-in solution, so that’s great. My only complaint, if it can be considered a complaint, is that the upright dish rack’s valley is slightly too wide for my smaller plates and bowls, unless I put them in exactly parallel to the slats. I can’t just place it kinda straight; it has to be straight. But with bigger plates behind them, it’s really no big deal. Materials look fine, and it matches well enough to a stainless steel sink. Very happy for the quality and function for the price.
