I contacted the company just to see what would happen. They replied within 15 minutes and reshipped my order UPS and I received it the next day. You can buy 'stuff' from anyone, but you won't get customer service like this from anyone. My product arrive and it's perfect! Not knowing the quality I only ordered (3) packs to see if I like them. I liked them very much (even better than the 100 pack 8x10 folders with slits instead of the these 5x7's) so I go back to the page and the price was now $8.95 for a package of (10). And to make matters even worse, after writing my first negative review, ever . . . I check again, and it's now $12.00! Had I had known, how good these 5x7 folders are (were) I would have ordered $100.00 worth, at 55 cents it's a great value . . . but not at $1.20 EACH!To say I'm a bit miffed would be an understatement, Amazon reviews are very important to me in my decision making and that's why (and they up until now have always been 4-5 stars) I take the time from my busy Photo business to share.
