It fits snug and tight. I havent had issues with the snap or velcro. With some pants you can see a bulg from the handle but most time it just looks like my pants are bunched up since they're a little long. I dont think it's that noticeable. You just need to choose the right pants.I've never had any trouble with it sliding down. I do feel they wear out after about 9 months but for the price thats not a big deal. This will be my 4th one. I keep one on reserve and I can't get them delivered in Colorado, so I send them to Arizona, which is where I'm going this weekend so I'm getting another one. I Iike the little pad for the nose of the barrel, it helps.
