Tailwind recovery mix helps me recover from hard sessions and long runs better than any other product I have tried. With that said, the taste is obnoxiously sweet and has a cardboard flavor. This is not a casual product and I would only suggest using it to speed up recovery after very hard sessions. The sugar content is high but that is what the body needs after depleting glycogen.

This stuff is a hidden gem. My friend who races Ironmans turned me onto this stuff. I definitely feel replenished taking this after my long runs. I've only had the vanilla, but it tastes pretty good. This is my go to along with their endurance formula I take with me in my runs.
