After a couple decades of consuming flavored protein powders I've decided to give this protein a try. Very glad I did. It is high quality. Even though it is not lactose free I don't have the bad lactose side effects like the ones I used to with the other brands. My body loves this protein and digests it well with no side effect. Surprisingly I LOVE the unflavored taste. It has a mild creamy taste that is quite delicious. I will keep buying this brand. Thank You Fantastic Nutrition for making such a fantastic product!!
