I had something very small to eat and took both capsules before I went to sleep. My deep pains, inflammation and arthritis are very resistant to conventional methods. For the first time in so long I had a very deep sleep and when I awoke in the morning it felt like my body cooled down in side. It did not feel strained and I felt energized that has carried me through the day. I do not want to mislead that it has eliminated every ounce of pain but it has subdued a significant amount. Although it is still very early I hope that this will continue.
