I use it every day and have great results every time Provides and maintains an even heat, no hot or cold spots, great for sauces, caramels, syrups etc Love the rounded sides, perfect for cooking, stirring or whisking, no drips sticking or burnt results Lit fits perfectly and the handle stays cool, very easy to clean and maintain Looks great too Only one thing This stainless steel pan is taking damage (light scratching) from my stainless steel whisk. Worth the extra money. Professional grade pot. Great quality. Heavy-weight stainless steel. Distributes the heat evenly. The curved bottom is a great feature. Food does not stick in the bottom corners of the pot.
