I've had a set of these on my garage gutters for at least 13 years now and they still perform flawlessly. The house is surrounded by coniferous trees that dump cones and needles for 8 months of the year. Some needles end up sticking into a few of the small openings in the foam and every few years I pull moss off the top of the foam. I used to have to clean the gutters weekly during the rainy season.
