I I take them every morning. I haven't missed a day because I am a serious vitamin believer. I usually take them first thing with my Fish Oil, vitamin C, Theracurmin HP, and coffee with Bulletproof Collagen powder, but not a meal as stated on the bottle. I keep them in the refrigerator with my fish oil because I read somewhere they stay fresher (like fish oil) when stored in the cold. My hair was really starting to gray in the front and along my part. It was noticeably grayer after a workout or when my hair was dirty. I can honestly say, while my gray isn't 100% gone, it is significantly better. I notice the gray less than I used to. The day after my hair was washed was always the worst for grays being noticeable and they don't catch my attention now.
