I got pretty good at baking my own but this Schar Deli Style bread is perfect. I highly doubt anyone would know it was gluten free if you didn't tell them. But then again, I haven't had bread with gluten in a long time & even when I did, I never ate the super soft sandwich bread. At any rate, I think it's incredibly good. Additionally, every Schar product I have tried has been excellent.
