Weeks?** A: In my case it worked in three days, though not for what I bought it for. I read that it would help brain function including memory, so I ordered some. It does help brain function long-term, but I was floored when the post-shingles chronic fatigue which I had had for a year and a half was stopped cold after three days taking 5 mg of this lithium orotate.
