As magnesium L-threonate is relatively new, the book does not discuss its percent of elemental magnesium, but by subtraction, it should be about 68mg elemental magnesium from magnesium L-threonate, or about 7%. In other words, each of the three forms of magnesium provides about one-third of the total 200mg elemental magnesium in one serving (three tablets) of the product.

I have been taking this for quite some time. It definitely helps with sleep. I think it also makes me have less brain fog when I wake up but that might be a side product of better sleep. Its definitely better for the cognitive function. Everything else is harder to detect. It is worth the money for me. EDIT* I also get leg cramps when I forget to take mine at night - definite sign of magnesium deficiency. It does the job with no side effects.

I really like that this product has three kinds of magnisium in this one product. It's sometimes difficult to be sure your taking the kind you should be based on your needs and this helps solve that issue. It also makes sure you are taking the kinds most readily absorbable for your body. I started taking this for restless leg syndrome and leg cramping in my sleep, and it really seems to help lessen my issues. The pills aren't too large and they are easy to swallow, and the bottle was sealed nicely as well.
