I can only say that Johnson and Johnson has removed it from their products, worldwide, as of 2023. Talc however is not illegal in the USA. R ember that some talc contains asbestos that can cause cancer when inhaled. There are other talcs that contain no aspestos. No fine particles are great to inhale however. Therefor if you like to use talc to keep from sweating as I do, I suggest putting on a good n39 mask before sprinkling talc on your body.
