I am using it daily to help reduce cortisol. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ fresh with subtle taste *by H***M on March 21, 2021* There is a wide variety of Tieguanyin tea. If you rate the fragrance from 1 to 5, with 5 the most fragrant, this tea is probably a low 2. When Tieguanyin is too fragrant, I always wonder if it is natural or there are additives in it. I like the natural, fresh and subtle fragrance of this tea. The traditional (or original) Tieguanyin is a thoroughly baked dark oolong tea. The new ones can be lightly or moderately baked so the tea is lighter in color. Personally I like the moderately baked tea so it is not too dark but still has a strong oolong flavor. This one is probably lightly baked, so it is very mild. To compensate it, I add more leaves, so the whole bag is probably 40 servings instead of 91. I also let it sit in a pot of hot water for a bit longer before pouring out to the cups.
