**Q: I bought my lamp at the end of April.  It is now not responsive to Alexa or the app.  Can you help**
A: Sadly not. I have the same problem. They have become unpaired from the app and I cannot get the app to recognise them now.

**Q: Can you pre-program various settings to be activated on command by alexa?**
A: Only on/ off / brightness and colour. 
That is with routines or voice activation.  

You cannot use anexa to activate music mode or different pre set light modes.

**Q: Will the lamp sit steadily on a thick carpet? The base looks rather small, so not sure if it will be too wobbly.**
A: Hello, the floor lamp can be stably placed on the carpet, provided that the carpet is flat and no one collides. I hope my reply will help you!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sleek and sturdy LED light bar.

These are very slick looking lights. Nice and tall too. Aluminium construction which is nice and sturdy. Easy to assemble by slotting the 4 pieces together. However they was a minor contact connection issue where the tiny spring contacts didn't align properly making it not work on that particular piece, the connections are very precise, but after a little jiggle around on the springy contacts they connected properly and whole light bar worked fully. Also managed to connect them easily to Google Home, but has to be done via the recommended SmartLife app and had to sign up to it. But pretty straight forward and got control over switch on/off and colours via Google. But not on the modes and colourful dancing light modes... although not not fully tried with speech prompts. I'm happy to have it just change colour and switch on/off. The light is fairly bright, not very bright, but enough to create an ambient mood. Happy with the product.
