In addition to my daily reading and journaling I was looking for something to constantly remind me of how I want my mind to focus on the moment to keep me from living in the past or worrying about the future. This coin has done just that! The first day I had it in my pocket someone commented on what a cool coin it was, which allowed me to share and introduce them to the philosophy. This coin is high quality, eye-catching and a perfect way to remind me of what I need to focus on daily. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Great Reminder *by J***E on May 6, 2023* I've had this in my pocket for a little while, now, and I have to say that I am reminded that it's there far more often than I had anticipated. I'll feel its weight, I'll hear it clink with the other contents of my pocket and it will me me think. This coin has a great weight and is beautifully crafted. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautifully Designed & Manufactured Medallion Coin with a Great Reminder *by M***. on January 17, 2023* This is a great coin to carry every day in our pocket or purse to remind us that we could leave life at any time whether we have already lived a long life, are just getting started or somewhere in between. It comes with a plastic capsule protecting the coin from wear and tear that can be easily removed and be reused over and over again. To me the coin feels solid and well-constructed. It should last a lifetime. The brass with bronze plating of the coin looks elegant. Even better than the look and feel of the coin is the quote on the reverse side by Marcus Aurelius, a former Roman Emperor. Beyond the simple reminder that we wouldn’t want to leave life after doing, saying, or even thinking wrong of others before having the opportunity to say we are sorry, the quote reminds us of the only three things in life that we have total control over. That is what we think, the words we say and the actions we take. An important part of being a practicing stoic is to not surrender these powers to others. Even others having different philosophies or religions can also benefit from this way of thinking. When we give others these powers, we may end up saying or doing harm to them by allowing our reaction to what they said or did to justify doing physical harm or saying harmful words to them. I highly recommend this medallion coin not only to practicing stoics but also to those who want to take back control over their lives. ## Frequently Bought Together - STOIC STORE UK Memento Mori Coin Stoic, Momento Mori Coin - Double Sided 38mm Stoic Coin - Daily Inspirational Coins for Stoicism Gifts, Stoic Challenge - Novelty Coins, Tokens, Medallions - STOIC STORE UK Amor Fati Coin - Double Sided 38mm Love of Fate Stoic Coin - Daily Inspirational Coins for Stoicism Gifts, Stoic Challenge, Stoic Foundations - Novelty Coins, Tokens, Medallions - STOIC STORE UK Stoic Coin SUMMUM BONUM – Brass Metal Sandblasted- Gold Colour Reminder Coin - Stoicism/Medallion --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/430071299-stoic-store-uk-memento-mori-coin-stoic-momento-mori-coin](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/430071299-stoic-store-uk-memento-mori-coin-stoic-momento-mori-coin) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
