I usually send the email within 30-45 minutes or as soon as Amazon posts the order to my account. If you place an order during the overnight hours New York time, I may not email you until the next morning, so please email me at your convenience using the contact seller link. I need the following info and all options are shown on the main product page by clicking through the product images. Please tell me if you want walnut or black finish for the plaque and if you want the photo holder to be vertical/portrait or horizontal/landscape. Send me the wording you want engraved on the name plate, the plate color. Choose from any of the fonts that are on the sample image or tell me what special font you want and I'll try to get it for you. Choose from 3 corner effects. Squared - Notched - Round/Radius. There is No Character Limit for engraving. It just has to properly fit on the plate and be clear enough to read. I will let you know if you've chosen too much text resulting in a tiny font and we can adjust things from there to properly fit your needs...... Wall mount - desktop display case on a wood plaque for a standard size golf and 4"x6" photo. Comes wall ready AND desk stand. Available for other size photos 5x7 and 8x10. Check our other listings for other items to display. You get your choice of a horizontal or vertical photo layout. The ball will be completely encased in a custom holder and the picture is held in an acid free acrylic holder with gold tone trim. The wood plaque comes in your choice of wood finishes. Walnut or Black. Also comes with a laser engraved name plate with no character limit. Overall size of the plaque is 10"x13".
