## Description

Kank-A combines the maximum allowable level of anesthetic for fast, temporary pain relief, with a film-forming agent for long-lasting protection. Unlike most products which quickly wash away, Kank-A’s coating holds the anesthetic in contact with the sore and acts as a barrier against further irritation. Use this mouth sores treatment for temporary relief of pain due to canker sores, minor irritation of the mouth and gums cause by dentures or orthodontic appliances, or minor injury of the mouth or gums. To assure formation of a long-lasting film coating, dry affected area and apply medication undiluted with applicator. Allow a few seconds for coating to form. Use up to four times daily, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children under 12 years of age should be supervised in the use of this product. Children under 2 years of age should not use this medication. Do not use this product for more than seven days unless directed by a dentist or doctor.

**Q: There're only a couple mentions of using it on the tongue and I have repeated horrible bouts of canker sores on my tongue. How's it work?**
A: I have been using this product for years in my tongue, gum, etc. It's the only thing that works. It takes the pain away within minutes. It's not a cure, since the sores are due to a virus, but it def makes the healing process less painful. I needed to buy it online bc I couldn't find it on stores and I was frustrated my husband would buy me other things that didn't work. Try it. I'm sure you will like it. Just a FYI, the flavor and feeling are funny but it's worth it.

**Q: Will this work on lip or cheek bites?  I sometimes bite my lip which causes swelling and pain (and frequently another bite).**
A: Yes, not sure about lips but definitely if you accidentally bit the inside of your cheek, apply it and that soothing sensation will help you for a little while

**Q: Can i put it on after whitening strips because it hurts after does it numb it good ?**
A: It numbs very well
