I ordered the 3 piece grooming kit and the bottle is grooming oil and not shaving oil. Wanted to verify** A: Thank you for your question. Our team made a mistake. The 3 Piece Grooming kit (we call it our Own the Day set) was supposed to include a Shave Oil. We have already sent you a replacement and apologize for our mistake. We will work with our team to make sure this does not happen again. Our Shave Oil and our Grooming Oil are two different formulas for two different uses. The Shave Oil is made with super lubricating oils for a smooth, close shave that leaves your face moisturized and protected against post-shave issues. Our Grooming Oil is made to condition beard hair and moisturize the skin underneath. Leave it better. The box was sturdy enough to maintain its shape and did not have crushed corners or damages like so many other packages/boxes you may receive. Second, the products were neatly displayed in the box with the labels showing (not just thrown in). Finally, I love these products!! The fragrance is so crisp and clean without smelling like perfume/cologne. It also does not have that unpleasant smell that you sometimes get when using natural products. I am a women and feel that so many other moisturizers and face wash’s that are made for women seem heavy and oily. My skin feels so refreshed, soft and clean after using this wash and moisturizer. However, the shave soap does not maintain a lather very well and hubby was forced to use an alternate product to actually shave - he likened the shave soap to just a regular bar of soap lather. The other two products were amazing and he loved them.
