**Q: Can i add additional remote pir sensors to trigger the camera**
A: No that's not possible

**Q: If the battery goes flat and the camera shuts down, does it come back on when the sunlight charges it back up. Or do have to press the power button.**
A: Hi, if the camera shuts down, you need to press the power button and then scan the code to add your camera to your App again. Thanks

**Q: Will this record 24/7 onto the sd card and over write when card is full**
A: Hi, there.This camera is not 24/7 continuous recording, but motion detection recording. Because it is a battery powered camera. When the SD card is full, it will automatically overwrite. If you have any questions please contact our after sales team. Thanks.

**Q: Is this camera working in cold weather (for example -10°C)**
A: All fine my end in winter 

Now I brought 2 of these and had this problem. 

If they don’t charge, don’t worry check the wires are in, if that fails like for me, go onto the app, click settings on the cameras, hit battery, and they’ll start charging, don’t know if this was a bug, but me and my friend had this issue, so don’t do a return till you do this if you get some. I did a return then cancelled .. but solar panel for me charges even in daylight with no sun, so there great to be honest, over winter they’ve been fantastic

This is a fantastic little camera. It is easy to set up via the app and there is no .monthly subscription service. It has a brilliant battery life, the picture quality is amazing and the recordings are crystal clear. You can set motion zones and alerts as well as recording plans. We did have an issue with the cameras pan function but the customer service has been outstanding and the issue has been resolved in an amazing time frame. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for a solar powered camera with crystal clear quality and a company with exceptional customer service.

This is my 7th Anran camera. All expect one are working perfectly and the only faulty camera was swiftly replaced by Anran Customer Service. So I can vouch for both the quality of the product as well as the after sales.The Q1 is my favourite, with good picture quality as well as good wifi reception. This makes a big difference outdoors.I have also refined my outdoor installation of these cameras using a gutter downpipe as the pole. Perfect fit for the Q1 and C3. See photo.The cameras are also relatively easy to set up. Only thing to watch out for is the availability of decent wifi signal and sunlight. May require repositioning to optimise both. Other than that, they work as they should.

The camera is good quality. The app is a bit clunky and sometimes doesn't save the motion detection videos. Depending on the setting, the battery doesn't last long (maybe 4/5 days) without being charged for at least 10 hours during the day with direct sun light to the solar panel. The good thing is that you can plug it to a normal charger but not ideal to dismount it and plug it indoors unless you run a cable outside instead of the cable coming from the solar panel. Overall it's a good value for money. I also like the fact that all features work fine with just an SD card for storage.
